What documentation is required to sell a property?

 

• Deed of the property.
• Last payment of property taxes.
• Cadastral warrant and blueprint
• Electricity Receipts (last 2 years - preferably)
• Water bills.
• Phone bills (if available on the property)
• Owner (s) ID
• General data and information of the seller (s).
• Provider of service contract signed by both parties.
• If the Owner is a legal entity, copy of Incorporation Agreement and Powers of attorney

If the building is new, the following are also required:

• Construction License.
• Alignment and Official Number.
• Completion of Work.
• Cadastral Certificate.

All these documents are required to be photocopies.
